Change clipping region in 2D view export |

Hi Daniel, For standard 3D-to-2D export, you'd better use the default option "Create 2D drawing from current view" or use predefined views (front view, left view, etc.). Then you will be able to update your 2D drawing without problems. The clipping rectangle can be used very well for export of a zoomed detail (part) of the model or so. Marek |

Change clipping region in 2D view export |

Hi, I have created a 2D view export, using a rectangular clipping region. However, in the meantime my assembly got larger, so I would like to increase the clipping region. Could you please tell me how to do this? (Deleting the view export, and remaking it from scratch seems to be the only way out now, but this would be terribly annoying...) |

Hi, I had a symmetric object, and in order to fit things onto one A3 sheet, I clipped the exported view (which was a 'current view' of a 3D section) to the symmetric half of it. But my asasembly has grown larger. So it is not possible to change the clipping region... too bad. Daniel |
